About the apartment
The Tržní apartment sits entirely on the ground floor — there is not a single step to climb inside. Its 29 m² hold a separate bedroom with an extra-wide bed, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and a private terrace facing the quiet inner courtyard.
The terrace is the first thing you notice: it opens onto the quiet inner courtyard rather than the street. The Tržní apartment measures 29 m², furnished simply and in warm tones, with nothing superfluous. Soft light falls in through the day; in the evening the lamp by the bed is all you need.
The bedroom is separate and holds an extra-wide double bed (180–210 cm) with a socket within reach. The kitchen is fully equipped, from dishwasher and oven to coffee machine and toaster, and the cupboards hold everything you need to cook and eat at the dining table. The bathroom has a shower. Bed linen, towels, toiletries, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi are all included. The apartment sleeps two; extra beds are not available.
The house stands on Petřín Street, in the spa quarter of Karlovy Vary. The Mill Colonnade is about a five-minute walk away, the Market Colonnade and the Vřídlo hot spring some 500 m, and the Imperial tram stop 250–350 m. For dinner, Staročeská restaurace is 100 m down the road. The whole apartment is on the ground floor, so there is not one step to negotiate inside; the upper floors are reached by stairs and there is no lift in the building. If you need step-free access throughout, write to us beforehand and we will describe the entrance to the house in detail. A garage space costs CZK 500 a night and is booked separately, online or by phone; the private car park is available by prior arrangement. Your dog is welcome for a fee. Keys are collected from a coded key box; arrival is between 15:00 and midnight, departure by 10:00. The apartment is non-smoking.
The whole unit is on the ground floor, so there is not a single step inside. There is no lift in the building. If you need step-free access throughout, please contact us in advance — we will gladly describe the entrance.
