About the apartment
The largest apartment in the house measures 46 m² and hides on the third floor beneath wooden beams. An arched window frames the roofs of the spa quarter, two bedrooms sleep four guests, and after a day at the colonnade a bathtub is waiting.
The top floor of the house belongs to timber and light. The sloping walls converge on an arched window, old beams run overhead, and beyond the glass the roofs of the spa quarter begin. In the afternoon the sun leans into the attic; in the evening only the lights of the town remain in view.
Two bedrooms are spread across 46 m². One holds a large double bed (151–180 cm), the other two singles, so each of the four guests has their peace. The bathroom has a bathtub, which you will value after a whole day walking between the colonnades. The kitchen is equipped to cook for four — dishwasher, oven, hob and coffee machine, with crockery in the cupboards. You all meet at the dining table, and there is a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, heating, a wardrobe, bed linen, towels and toiletries.
The apartment is named after the street the house stands on; the Mill Colonnade is about a five-minute walk from here. The Vřídlo hot spring and the Market Colonnade are 500 m away, the Imperial stop 250 to 350 m. For dinner you need only walk down: Staročeská restaurace is 100 m, Velkopopovická pivnice Orion 50 m. A garage space costs CZK 500 a night and is booked separately, online or by phone; the private car park is available by prior arrangement. You may bring a dog for a fee. Keys are collected from a coded key box; you can arrive between 15:00 and midnight, departure is by 10:00. The apartment is on the third floor and the upper maisonette level is reached by a wooden ladder; there is no lift in the building, and for that reason we do not recommend this apartment to guests with limited mobility.

The Mlýnská apartment takes its name from the largest colonnade in Karlovy Vary, a five-minute walk away. It offers 41 m², two bedrooms sleeping four, and the biggest terrace in the house — with loungers, a parasol and a table for breakfast.
