About the apartment
The Sadová apartment lies on the ground floor of the house on Petřín Street and opens onto its own terrace in the quiet inner courtyard. Its 25 m² hold a bedroom with a large double bed, a kitchenette and a dining table. With a dog, the terrace is a few steps away and the forest path to the Deer Spring is 1.1 km.
The terrace door opens straight onto the quiet inner courtyard, where the noise of the street does not reach. Sadová is an apartment for two that does not need much floor space — across twenty-five square metres everything is within reach and nothing is surplus. Being on the ground floor, you get inside without climbing stairs, which you will appreciate after a full day on the spa promenades, and when coming back with a dog on the lead.
The bedroom has a large double bed 151–180 cm wide, a socket beside it and wardrobe space for luggage. The kitchenette lacks nothing for everyday cooking — dishwasher, oven, hob and coffee machine, with crockery in the cupboards. The dining table serves for breakfast or for sitting down with a laptop; Wi-Fi is free. The bathroom has a shower, and there is a flat-screen TV, heating, bed linen, towels and toiletries.
From the house on Petřín Street the Mill Colonnade is about five minutes away, and the Vřídlo hot spring and Market Colonnade roughly 500 metres. The Imperial stop is 250–350 m away; for dinner, Staročeská restaurace is a hundred metres further on, and Velkopopovická pivnice Orion fifty metres away for a beer. With a dog, take the forest path to the Deer Spring, 1.1 km from the house; pets are welcome by prior arrangement for a fee. For the car there is a garage at CZK 500 a night, booked separately online or by phone and paid on arrival; the private car park is available if agreed in advance. Keys are collected from a coded key box. You can arrive between 15:00 and midnight; departure is by 10:00. The apartment is non-smoking, sleeps two, and extra beds are not available.
The whole unit is on the ground floor, so there is not a single step inside. There is no lift in the building. If you need step-free access throughout, please contact us in advance — we will gladly describe the entrance.
