About the apartment
The Diana apartment occupies the attic on the third floor: exposed beams, sloping ceilings and roof windows. Its 44 m² hold two bedrooms for four guests, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a view over the rooftops of Karlovy Vary and the forests above the town.
Little of the street reaches up here under the roof. Light falls from above through the roof windows, the beams have the warm tone of old timber, and the sloping walls turn the rooms into nooks rather than boxes. From the windows you look into the crowns of the trees; in the evening only the lights of the town and the silence remain.
The apartment measures 44 m² and is arranged as a maisonette. One bedroom holds a large double bed (151–180 cm wide), the other two single beds — four guests in all. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and crockery. There is also a dining table, a bathroom with a bathtub and WC, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, heating, a wardrobe, bed linen, towels, toiletries and a socket by the bed. A cot can be prepared on request, subject to availability; extra beds are not available in this apartment.
Petřín Street belongs to the spa quarter of Karlovy Vary. The Mill Colonnade is about five minutes away (350–750 m), the Market Colonnade and the Vřídlo hot spring roughly 500 metres, and the Imperial stop 250–350 metres. A hundred metres from the house, Staročeská restaurace is cooking; a 1.1 km forest path leads to the Deer Spring, and the Diana Lookout Tower, after which the apartment is named, stands 2.1 km away. Garage parking costs CZK 500 a night — book it separately on the Parking page or by phone and pay on arrival; the private car park can be arranged in advance. The keys are in a coded key box; you can arrive between 15:00 and 24:00, departure is by 10:00. The house is non-smoking, a dog may come with you for a fee, and parties and stag or hen nights are not permitted. The upper maisonette level is reached by a wooden ladder and there is no lift in the building, so we do not recommend this apartment to guests with limited mobility.

The Mlýnská apartment takes its name from the largest colonnade in Karlovy Vary, a five-minute walk away. It offers 41 m², two bedrooms sleeping four, and the biggest terrace in the house — with loungers, a parasol and a table for breakfast.

The largest apartment in the house measures 46 m² and hides on the third floor beneath wooden beams. An arched window frames the roofs of the spa quarter, two bedrooms sleep four guests, and after a day at the colonnade a bathtub is waiting.
